焼酎のソーダ割り＋そうめん
あつい、あつい！体が溶けそう。
溶けるというより、焦げるね！
そんなときは、パパッとそうめんを作ってみる。薬味たっぷりで涼をよぶことと、手作りめんつゆをストックしておくことがポイントだ。
長ネギ、みょうが、生姜、大葉をひたすらみじん切りにするこの薬味。いろんな味が交じり合って、美味しい～。めんつゆにたっぷり入れて、そうめんの表面にちょん、と練り梅をつけ、つゆにさっと浸して食べると、もう極楽☆

私は普段濃い目の焼酎をロックで飲むことが多いので、度数が高い芋焼酎「かんろ」の原酒をあわせてみた。
おおお！これはうまい！！！！
喉を刺激するシュワシュワ感が夏向きだし、炭酸水で割ることで芋焼酎の甘みもぐっと増してくる。これは芋焼酎でもいけるし、麦焼酎もそうめんと原料が一緒だから良く合った。
焼酎のソーダ割り、新しい飲み方を知って得しちゃった。幸せー！
